- Avoid using fabric softeners as they can break down the elastane fibers.

Hand Wash
- Fill a basin with lukewarm water (around 30°C or 86°F) and add a small amount of mild detergent.
- Submerge the garment and gently agitate the water with your hands.
- Let it soak for about 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water until all detergent is removed.
- Gently squeeze out excess water without wringing or twisting the fabric.

Dry Cleaning
- Dry cleaning is generally not necessary for this garment. However, if you choose to dry clean, inform the cleaner about the fabric composition to ensure proper handling.

Drying and Ironing
- Do not tumble dry. Instead, lay the garment flat on a clean, dry towel and reshape it as needed. Allow it to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting (around 110°C or 230°F). Place a cloth between the iron and the garment to prevent direct contact and potential damage.
